Before Wellness Coaching vs Starting - it is easy to forget the beginning

It has been a year and 4 months that I started this whole coaching thing. It is SO easy for me to forget how far I have come and I think a lot of other people do as well.

I get a lot of questions about coaching but then I also hear limiting beliefs like "I'm not in perfect shape" or "I'm really busy" or fear takes over and they say "maybe later".

first of all, I started and a lot of other coaches start when they maybe aren't in their most ideal shape but the power in that is they get to share their FULL journey and show up every day to inspire.

Coaching blessed me with the tools and accountability that I NEEDED to push forward.

The funny thing is if you are thinking about coaching but scared about not being in "the best shape" I helped so many ladies start their journey in my first few months when I was still starting mine over.

I wasn't terribly busy, (I mean I was if you want to consider Netflix as a good enough excuse not to try something that could be the biggest blessing for you) after my day job as a Dental Assistant I would be SO DAMN EXCITED To get home, go into my "office" and get started on the job that brought life, community, belief, light back into my life! So many coaches had/have WAY crazier schedules than I did but they STILL made it work because they had the vision and the desire to change, inspire, help their family more, whatever it is specifically for you!

I was TERRIFIED. If I would have let the fears (liars) talk me out of coaching I would probably still be overweight, unhappy, at a job that drained me, no podcast show, no blog, no YouTube, no trips with amazing women around the states/ world, NO BELIEF IN ME. Settling.

I know, I get it, it sounds so weird to give all of the credit to coaching but it truly did open those HEAVY doors for me to TRY. Gave me permission to succeed & to fail but to learn how to get back up.

I will forever be grateful. I have always had big dreams and I know I am not alone. To watch my coaches/coach friends grow and become UNAPOLOGETICALLY themselves. The best gift. I LOVE watching others see and experience the impact it has.

Rewarding is a very good word to say, not only for my coaches/coach friends but for my babes who said yes to them and took control and strive every day to be BETTER.

Coaching is a whole new ball game and I hope if you are one of the amazing humans who have been going back and forth in your head to TRY NEW THINGS. I say, HELLZZZ YEAHH BABE!!! Why not? The worst thing that could happen is that you stay where you are right now.
