The 2020 Trend | I agree with it

The past few weeks I have been seeing trends of how people will be approaching the new year that I TOTALLY agree with.

2020 the is year to be so dang excited for. This is the year for YOUR growth but YOUR way.

Let me explain, I know we always have the option but a trend I am seeing and that I also planned on was focusing on ME and what I want out of life rather than what others “expect” or at least we are convinced they do.

For example, in the online marketing world we are told to really focus on ONE thing and master that. Which, yes, I agree somewhat with. However, I think it is crucial to first figure out what FUELS us first rather than settling just because we are expected to.

Earlier this year I started a podcast titled “#nofearsattached” it resonated with me at that time then shortly later it changed to Live FOR Her. I posted several times a week right away and then it slowly changed to weekly. I love being able to share my voice on topics that are just too much for insta stories. The issue with starting things like that such as vlogging we are pretty much expected to have a consistent schedule. Again, YES, I agree- consistency is key however when life, holidays, personal things go on it can be a challenge to stay inspired and post quality content rather than just posting to post.

I am not saying to have excuses and to let that consume your 2020 so nothing gets done. I am saying to truly LOVE what you start so posting consistently (for example) comes naturally.

This year I plan to truly be authentic with my tribe and do what I love to create with & for you all! I think we have to be a tiny bit selfish if you want to be fulfilled in this life so you can better serve others.

I started vlogging this morning. No idea how to vlog. I feel weird, not “vlog cute”, editing takes time but I still got up and grabbed the camera because almost daily it is speaking to me to start and continue! So this year is the year of JUST DOING. I challenge myself to post stories with no makeup on to truly be comfortable with me and I hope my followers understand it is not easy for me but I hope you get inspired to post your beautiful no makeup posts because I LOVE watching people I know share their light and voice!

2020 is the year of JUST DOING. LOVE IT. Not on anyone else’s schedule or topic but MINE and YOURS.

Take this year and RUN. This could not be any more freeing and exciting! Cheers! I cannot wait to hear about all you started, tried and accomplished in 2020.
